Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. IV Amour is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, IV Amour is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email ivamour.co@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
