We want you to love your order from IV Amour. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Item must have original tags attached
- Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Accessories
- Bows/headwear
- Seasonal or holiday items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked final sale
Return process
To start a return, please email ivamour.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ivamour.co@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If available, we will do our best to help with sizing issues.
